This project involved creating a functional light sculpture. I chose a flowy, but structured design for my fixture. The shapes were created in Adobe Illustrator and then cut from corrugated plastic board using a laser cutter.
This assignment was all about trial and error and finding the best type of packaging for specific items. My group was assigned a lime. We wanted something aesthetic, appealing, and functional. These boxes not only looked nice but could stack and sit nicely next to each other in a display.
